Entry Level Events Assistant

Our growing event marketing and fundraising firm is hiring Entry Level Events Assistants to support live events, nonprofit campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. No previous event, marketing, or fundraising experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community events and promotional campaigns
• Support event setup, breakdown, and daily event operations
• Represent nonprofit partners and community organizations in a professional manner
• Engage with attendees, answer questions, and provide a positive event experience
• Help increase awareness of community programs and fundraising initiatives
• Assist with outreach activities and campaign goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution
• Participate in professional development and training sessions
