Tampa Bay Collective is looking for an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, people-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with others and wants to build practical experience in events, customer engagement, and sales.


You’ll work directly at retail and event locations throughout the Tampa area, representing client campaigns and engaging with customers face-to-face. Full training is provided, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you develop.


What You’ll Be Doing

•  Represent client campaigns at retail and event locations 
•  Approach and engage customers in face-to-face conversations 
•  Introduce products, services, and campaign information 
•  Answer questions and build customer interest 
•  Support sales and new customer acquisitions 
•  Assist with the day-to-day delivery of client campaigns 
•  Work closely with the team to achieve campaign goals 

What We’re Looking For

•  Confident and comfortable communicating with new people 
•  Positive, reliable, and motivated to learn 
•  Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment 
•  Comfortable working toward individual and team goals 
•  Available for full-time, in-person work in the Tampa area 

Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales is preferred, but we’re also interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
