Shop Helper / Entry-Level Fabricator
We are hiring entry-level candidates for a shop-based role supporting fabrication and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn welding, carpentry, and industrial shop skills while working alongside experienced tradesmen. Ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic who are open to learning and growing into a skilled trade.

Pay & Schedule
- $20.00–$22.00/hour based on experience
- Monday–Friday, 7: 00 AM –3: 30 PM (unpaid lunch)
- Overtime after 8 hours
- Saturdays: time and a half
- Sundays: double time
- Temp-to-hire opportunity
Scope of Work
- General shop labor and light fabrication (steel & aluminum)
- Assist with welding and carpentry tasks (training provided)
- Inventory management and staging materials for jobs
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse
- Operate forklift (experience preferred)
- Lift 50–75 lbs regularly
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Previous industrial or construction experience preferred
- Willingness to learn welding/fabrication
- Ability to work in a shop/warehouse environment
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Experience Level
- Basic (entry-level;training provided)
