Entry-Level Financial Analyst
Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid)
Compensation: $22–$23/hour
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (additional onsite days may be required during training)

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of financial and operational information.

- Support reporting and business analysis initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Statistics, or a related analytical field preferred.
- Recent graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
