You'll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and so much more.

As a Fire Protection Engineer working with our Federal team, you'll use your skills and experience to help deliver and complete challenging and engaging buildings projects. You'll be introduced to the design of sprinkler systems, special hazards suppression systems, fire pumps, fire alarm systems, and building/life safety codes under the guidance of a knowledgeable team of experienced Fire Protection Engineers.

You'll be a part of diverse multi-discipline teams allowing you to both share what you know and learn so you can grow. Here's what you'll need

  • United States Citizenship
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering from an accredited program
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Revit & AutoCAD
  • EIT or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
  • Previous internship focused on building mechanical, life saving systems or fire protection engineering

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • 3.0 GPA
  • Previous Frie Protection internship with an Engineering or Consulting company

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

80,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

100,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $100,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
