ResourceMFG is hiring Entry Level Forklift Operators!
Location: Lafayette
Training Required on 8-hour days for up to 6 weeks (7am-4pm)
Shifts: 6:00am-6:00pm OR 6:00pm-6:00am, need to be flexible of shift
Pay starts: $18.50, potential for raises at 90 and 180 days
Work Environment: Safety first, Quality over Quantity
MUST have a valid driver's license and driver privileges
Job Summary:
- Work with SAP system when moving material
- Inspect forklift daily
- Documents work according to standards
- Learns and executes basic job operations
- Learns relevant policies and procedures and applies them to the job
- Reads, understands and follows the Safety and Environmental cautions provided with the Batch Production record, MSDS or other safety and environmental guidance
- Maintains facility housekeeping to be inspection ready at all times
- Performs transactions in SAP
- Performs raw material movements throughout the plant site
- Completes cycle counts of raw materials
- Helps prepare materials for shipments
- Helps investigate inventory discrepancies
- Completes building inspections and documents findings accurately
- Assists Evonik operators for processing tasks
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year manufacturing experience OR related pharmaceutical experience preferred but not required
• Attention to detail
• Strong trouble shooting experience
