Description We're looking to hire talented people that are interested in getting trained in our business. We currently have an opening for an Entry Level Forklift Operator & Order Puller (Trainee). This role will work on first shift and require regular movement throughout the shift, which means regular periods of standing, sitting, walking, and sliding/moving up to 100 pounds, and even driving heavy equipment outdoors in all types of weather. Under the direction of the Site Operations Manager, this role will focus on safely moving our product for our customers. We want talented people that have a drive to perform and a commitment to safety. From there, we will safely train them to pick and pull orders and operate a forklift to efficiently load and move product for our customers. The shift will start at 4:30am and will end at approximately 1:00pm. There is room for overtime and you can also drive your base pay rate higher, as you master more and more skills. Medical, dental and gainsharing benefits will also apply for all eligible employees. The starting pay is $22.33 per hour. Overtime may be required if operating conditions warrant.
