Entry-Level Fundraising Representative | Immediate Hire | Paid Training

NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED | FULL-TIME | PAID TRAINING

We’re hiring Entry-Level Fundraising Representatives to work face-to-face with the public at community events, retail locations, fundraising events, and local promotional activities on behalf of nonprofit organizations.

No fundraising experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Travel to scheduled community events, retail locations, and fundraising sites
• Set up and work from an assigned fundraising or information area
• Speak directly with members of the public
• Introduce nonprofit organizations and explain their charitable programs
• Answer questions and provide information
• Encourage community members to support fundraising campaigns
• Help increase awareness and participation for nonprofit initiatives
• Track daily activity and work toward team goals
• Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, reliable, and motivated
• Comfortable working in a face-to-face event environment
• Team-oriented and willing to learn
• No previous fundraising experience required

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, fundraising, events, or community outreach is a plus—but not required.
