Entry Level Grinder (Night Shift) - Twinsburg, OH - JOB 26-00352

Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00/HR $1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus

Seeking a motivated Entry Level Grinder to join a leading Plastics Manufacturing firm in Twinsburg, OH. This is a vital role in our sustainability cycle, where you will help transform plastic materials into reusable forms. We offer a clear path to permanent hire and consistent night-shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Material Processing: Load plastic sheets into grinding machines to produce pellets for reprocessing.
• Inventory Control: Separate, sort, box, label, and weigh materials to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Machine Maintenance: Perform routine teardowns and thorough cleanings of grinding equipment between jobs.
• Production Support: Stage materials for upcoming jobs and strictly follow the production grinding schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all output meets consistency standards for reprocessing into sheet form.

Requirements

• Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Ability to navigate steps and catwalks throughout the shift.
• Technical Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand tools (hammers, circular saws, table saws, and nail guns).
• Basic Skills: Proficient in basic math and able to read a tape measure accurately.
• Logistics: Previous warehouse experience required; Tow motor/Forklift experience is a major plus (Certification preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Night Shift Schedule

• Monday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (4 hours) AND 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (12 hours)
• Tuesday: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (12 hours)
• Wednesday: 10:00 PM – 10:00 AM (12 hours)
• Note: Friday shifts may be required based on production volume
