What You Will Do & Learn:
- Assist Lead Installers with daily setup, safety prep, and job site organization.
- Learn specialized trades including cutting, fabricating, and installing seamless gutters and guards.
- Master advanced skills in ladder safety, power tool operation, and exterior construction.
- Interact professionally with clients alongside your team leader.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of general construction, carpentry, roofing, or exterior remodeling experience.
- Attitude: Positive, eager to build on existing skills, and team-oriented.
- Stamina: Ability to work outdoors comfortably in all weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual, driven, and willing to work overtime when needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
