About the Role
We’re seeking an individual with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the construction field. The ideal candidate is not only skilled, but also brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow with an established, values-driven brand.
What You'll Do
- Install K-style and half-round gutters with precision
- Roofing-tearing off old roofs, installing new roofs, repairs
- Capping, fascia, soffit work
- Represent the brand positively when interacting with clients and coworkers
- Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Support and train newer team members as you grow into leadership
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- Work occasional overtime as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years experience in construction
- Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training (preferred)
- Passion for your craft and pride in doing things right the first time
Requirements
- Age 18+
- Valid driver’s license and car
- Ability to work at heights, lift up to 100lbs , and work and outdoors in all seasons
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $17-$21/hr, depending on experience
- Opportunities for raises tied to our Skills Ladder Training Program
- Overtime available
- Performance bonus available
- Health insurance reimbursement after 6 months of employment
