Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime available when needed)
What You'll Do
- Work directly with experienced installers and technicians on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Learn proper installation, maintenance, and service techniques for heating and cooling equipment
- Help maintain clean, organized job sites and vehicles
- Focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer experiences
- Receive ongoing, hands-on training to rapidly develop your skills
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred (Not Required):
- 1+ year of construction or mechanical experience
