We're currently looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to join our growing installation team.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on your previous HVAC schooling or install helper experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some Saturdays may be required during peak seasons)

What You'll Do:

Work side-by-side with our experienced installation crew to help install residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems. You'll assist in delivering clean, professional installations that meet Gore's high standards and create outstanding customer experiences.

• Paid Vacation (usable after 90 days)
• Sick Leave (1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (consistent daytime hours)

What We're Looking For:

• Previous HVAC Technical School training or prior experience working as an HVAC Install Helper (highly valued)
• Energetic personality with a positive, team-player attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to work from ladders and handle physical tasks safely
• Valid North Carolina driver's license with an insurable driving record
• EPA Certification (preferred, but not required to start)
