What You'll Do
- Assist with installation of HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps)
- Help with ductwork, materials, and job site setup
- Learn proper tools, safety practices, and install techniques
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Build skills to grow into a lead installer role
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Strong mechanical aptitude (comfortable using tools)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work
- Positive attitude and desire to build a career
