Entry-Level HVAC Technician Helper - Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $22-$27 DOE
Trade Management, a Peoplelink Group Company, is currently seeking motivated Entry-Level HVAC Technicians and recent HVAC trade school graduates for commercial construction projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced mechanics, and grow your career in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of commercial HVAC systems
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and company policies
- Work closely with supervisors and experienced HVAC mechanics
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Entry-level HVAC experience or recent HVAC trade school graduate
- Must have your own basic HVAC tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to work long hours and 6-7 days per week when project demands require it
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
