What will I do?

• Support maintenance across the entire APT facility—indoors, outdoors, and within facility-related and production equipment systems.
• Follow APT policies and procedures while meeting or exceeding Customer, AS9100, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform routine repairs and preventative tasks with hand and power tools to maximize equipment uptime.
• Diagnose mechanical problems, identify root causes, and carry out effective fixes.
• Recommend needed supplies and materials to keep maintenance moving efficiently.
• Monitor equipment condition to help ensure reliable, effective operations.
• Jump in to support production activities when required.
• Drive the company van or support other authorized APT business activities as needed.

Who will I work with?

You’ll coordinate maintenance programs, projects, and day-to-day activities through the Director of Manufacturing Services & the Lead Maintenance Technician, collaborating closely with teammates across the shop.

What do I need to qualify?

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Solid, broad-based maintenance skills.
• Nice to have: training/certifications in PLCs, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Welding (skills fundamental to day-to-day operations are a plus).

What are the physical requirements?

• Move throughout the shop floor regularly.
• Stand for extended periods.

What PPE is required?

• Safety glasses at all times on the shop floor.
• Hard hat and steel-toe boots when appropriate.

How is pay determined?

• Pay is based on experience.
