What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact, responding to inbound calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and urgency
- Guide customers to the right products based on their needs, answering questions and troubleshooting basic issues along the way
- Partner with distributors to provide quotes, order support, lead times, and detailed product information
- Proactively follow up on inbound leads and open quotes to move opportunities forward and drive sales conversion
- Build strong, lasting relationships through outbound outreach and consistent communication
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, track activity, and support ongoing sales and marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years in B2B customer service, inside sales, or sales support
- Strong communication skills (phone + email)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
Schedule
Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible)
Hybrid after ~90 days onsite training (2 days WFH per week)
