Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and life circumstances, providing tailored insurance solutions rather than "one-size-fits-all" quotes.
Needs Analysis: Evaluate existing coverage and risk factors to educate clients on why specific protections matter, ensuring they are properly protected before a claim occurs.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships using our modern CRM (AgencyZoom), focusing on consistent follow-ups and advocacy.
Professional Development: Complete pre-licensing education and training programs; stay updated on industry regulations, product changes, and best practices.
Workflow Optimization: Utilize our proven, automated marketing and lead-generation systems to manage your daily pipeline efficiently and effectively.
Claims Advocacy: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, assisting them as they navigate the claims process during their most critical moments.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or professional experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Licensing: Willingness to complete the state-required insurance pre-licensing course and pass the state producer examination (we provide the training resources and support).
Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to listen actively and explain complex concepts in simple, relatable terms.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
Character: A high degree of integrity, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to serve others in the North Texas community.
Location: Must be able to work on-site at our Plano, TX location.
Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a standard background check as required by state insurance regulations.
