Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a friendly and helpful manner.

Provide accurate information about insurance policies and company procedures.

Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account maintenance.

Help resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong active listening abilities.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
