Program Overview: Insurance Career Accelerator

Our 3-Year Insurance Career Accelerator is a structured development program designed to give early-career professionals real-world experience across the business while preparing them for long-term success.


Each phase builds intentionally:


Year 1: Insurance & Business Fundamentals

Build a strong foundation through training and hands-on experience across:

  • Client advising
  • Sales and service
  • Underwriting
  • Claims
  • Account management

Youll work closely with leadership while developing communication, relationship-building, and business skills.


Year 2: Leadership & Business Development

Expand your responsibilities while developing:

  • Client relationship management
  • Business development strategies
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Influence and problem-solving abilities

Youll begin taking greater ownership of client relationships and agency initiatives.


Year 3: Account Management & Career Growth

Operate with increasing independence while:

  • Managing your own book of business

Salary Range: $43000.00 - $54500.00 per year
