Youll contribute from day one while developing your design voice, technical skills, and confidence through mentorship and hands-on experience. Youll have the opportunity to participate in all phases of a project, including programming, conceptual design and development, space planning, and finish and furniture concepts. You can expect to partner with a more experienced designer to develop plans, elevations, RCPs and details, as well as finish concepts and furniture specifications.
