Entry Level IT Professional
Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid / Onsite / Remote) – Local 1st Priority
Duration: 36 Month Contract (Optional-Use / As-Needed)
Estimated Hours: 160 Hours / Month
The Entry Level IT Professional will support Detroit Water & Sewerage Department (DWSD) technology operations by providing technical support, troubleshooting software and application issues, maintaining user accounts, assisting with application testing, and supporting infrastructure-related activities. The resource will work alongside DWSD staff to support internal and external users while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise utility systems and business applications.
Must-Haves
• 3rd Year University Student or Recent Graduate
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical field
• Basic IT Support knowledge
