Job Description:
We are looking for two entry-level IT Technicians to
support a PC Refresh Project for a Healthcare Agency in Oakland, CA. This
is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to gain hands-on
experience in IT hardware, software installations, and troubleshooting.
Training will be provided, so prior experience is not mandatory, but a
passion for technology and willingness to learn is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with PC refresh and deployment, including setup, configuration,
and troubleshooting.
Install and update operating systems, software, and drivers.
Perform hardware replacements and upgrades as needed.
Provide basic troubleshooting support for end-users.
Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets.
Work collaboratively with senior technicians to ensure smooth project
execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to lift and move computer equipment when needed.
