Entry Level- Laborer

We are seeking an entry-level laborer to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This position involves preparing, stripping, cutting, and finishing wire and cable products according to established specifications. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with their hands. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.


Responsibilities:
- Strip, cut, and prepare wire and cable materials for production.
- Perform finishing, trimming, and other basic production tasks.
- Inspect finished materials for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements
- Ability to use basic hand tools and perform repetitive hands-on tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
