We are a union shop, so employees are paid based on the job they are assigned.
- $19.77 to $21.92 an hour base rate (shift differential for non-daylight positions)
- Pay rates are not negotiable.
Our entry-level laborers are essential to the operations of our company and include positions such as:
- Press Laborer
- Inspector Packer
- Sorter Packer
- Cutter Belt/Saggar Filler
Job Requirements:
- All candidates must be able to rotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. (Some higher paid positions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
- Must be able to work over-time as required.
- Mostly Monday-Friday with over-time on the weekends, when necessary.
- Must be able to follow work instruction and to keep accurate records as required.
- Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records.
- Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales.
- Must be able to perform visual quality checks.
- Must be able to wear required PPE.
Job Summary:
- Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role.
- Previous manufacturing and fork lift experience is a bonus, but not required.
- Will be using various basic tools and equipment.
- These are not assembly line positions.
