The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in life insurance sales and client service.
Agents meet virtually with individuals and families to explain available life insurance and supplemental benefit options, identify potential coverage needs, and assist clients throughout the application process.
Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required. Applicants from sales, customer service, leadership, hospitality, education, recruiting, and other people-focused backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Qualified applicants who are not currently licensed may be considered and provided guidance through the insurance licensing process.

Insurance business may not be conducted until an agent holds the appropriate active license and has completed all required contracting and appointment steps.
Applicants who are not currently licensed must complete their state's licensing requirements. Depending on the state, this may include prelicensing education, an examination, fingerprinting, a background check, application fees, and other required steps.
Licensing expenses are the applicant's responsibility. Discounted prelicensing education may be available to eligible applicants.
The agency provides access to virtual instruction, coaching, role-play practice, sales resources, technology guidance, and continued professional development.
