Essential responsibilities include monitoring pool safety, enforcing rules, responding to emergencies with CPR/AED/First Aid, inspecting facilities, maintaining certifications, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications include minimum age (15-16+), current lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications, physical ability for rescues, alertness, and comfort working outdoors. Customer service experience is a plus.
