Location: Avon, OH
Pay: $16.00–$16.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

Hire Sync is hiring Entry-Level Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing operation in Avon, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with some manufacturing or machine operating experience who wants to build their skills while enjoying a consistent 4-day work week.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work as part of a production cell forming foam materials into a variety of molded products. The work is active and physical, making this a great fit for someone who likes staying busy throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do

• Work within a production cell to manufacture molded foam products
• Place foam materials into molds of various sizes and shapes
• Properly close and secure molds before processing
• Load prepared molds into heating equipment or production chutes
• Remove and handle materials throughout the production process
• Operate assigned production equipment after completing training
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality
• Follow established production procedures and safety requirements
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for production
• Work with team members to maintain production goals and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable learning new equipment and production processes
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active manufacturing environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team

Physical Requirements

This is an active, physical production position. Candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Continuously lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
• Stand and work for the entire shift
• Perform repetitive movements associated with loading and unloading molds and materials

Schedule

• 1st Shift
• Monday–Thursday
• 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
• 4-day work week
• First-day orientation and training begins at 7:30 AM
