ENTRY LEVEL POSITION WORKING AS A MACHINE OPERATOR - TO INCLUDE INSPECTING!
- 10pm to 6am Sunday through Thursday - will be required to train on first for about 2 weeks
- $22 an hour

· Sets up and operates equipment according to engineering specifications; performs quality testing where required.
· Determines appropriate feeds and settings for proper production. Determines appropriate changeover of tooling in ensuring proper dimensions according to specifications.
· Documents, logs, compiles reports as required and/or requested.
· Monitors machines and process, reporting irregularities to leads for problem identification and resolution.
· Participates in area and process team projects and activities.
· Performs or assists with other duties as assigned.

Education, Training and Experience
· HS diploma or GED
· Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge and Skills
· Mathematical aptitude and proficiency
· Keyboarding skills, with some knowledge of MS Office software
· Ability to operate manual and electric jack; Company will train
· Measurement skills, including use of precision measuring tools and equipment
· Ability to read blueprints and set-up sheets
· Attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot for process and product improvement
· Effective English verbal communication and listening skills
· Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
· Successful prioritizing and management of work projects
