Our high-performance magnetic components are used in telecommunications, automotive, computing, broadband communications, and consumer electronics around the world. We're looking for an Entry-Level CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of machining experience-or recent trade school or apprenticeship experience-to continue developing their skills while working alongside experienced machinists in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.
About the Role and Your Impact
- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
- Make basic tool offsets and machine adjustments
- Monitor machine performance and part quality
- Maintain production and inspection records
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Work with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of CNC machining experience preferred (trade school/apprenticeship accepted)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CNC mills or lathes
- Basic G-Code knowledge
- Machine setup and tool offset experience
- Precision manufacturing experience
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
