About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Maintenance Technicians for a manufacturing company in Mora, MN. In this role, you’ll support facility and equipment reliability in a production environment, helping minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting equipment, and working independently, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Inspect facility equipment regularly to identify issues and prevent breakdowns
- Troubleshoot and repair printing and packaging machinery to reduce downtime
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory
- Partner with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:- Must have 1–3+ years of maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude with some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, welding, heating, and refrigeration
- Must have experience working with power/hand tools and tape measures
- Ability to work independently and stay goal-oriented
- Understanding of production operations and workplace safety requirements
- Reliable attendance and transportation to the Mora, MN facility
- Ability to follow safety policies and company procedures
