Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift - $31-$33+/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM ( Flexible) 
Pay: $31-$33.65 per hour

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support production and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with maintenance experience who wants to gain additional hands-on exposure to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while working a steady first-shift schedule.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
• Assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues and replace defective components
• Read equipment manuals and follow maintenance procedures
• Support facility maintenance activities as needed
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and replacement parts
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
• Participate in equipment setup, changeovers, and improvement activities
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing, industrial, or maintenance experience
• Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform repairs
• Ability to read basic technical documents and work instructions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds when required
• Ability to work overtime as business needs require
