We are looking for a dependable, motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills. No prior maintenance experience is required-we're willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

What you need to be successful in this role:
- Mechanical aptitude or a willingness to learn
- Perform basic building and equipment maintenance
- Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems under supervision
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow company safety procedures and policies
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work, including standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required
