Job Description
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year
We are seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Management position designed for candidates interested in developing their leadership, sales, and business management skills. You will receive hands-on experience working with customers, supporting team performance, and learning day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
- Learn company sales and customer service processes
- Assist with daily team operations
- Support and motivate team members
- Help track team goals and performance
- Work directly with customers and clients
- Participate in leadership and management training
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Help solve day-to-day operational challenges
- Work with senior leadership on business growth initiatives
