• Convert interest into sales by offering simple, personalized consultations that guide customers through enrollment.
• Support sales associates by leading short workshops on customer communication and relationship‑based selling.
• Review sales data to identify trends and adjust sales tactics for stronger enrollment results.
• Educate customers on mobile service value using clear, friendly explanations that reduce hesitation and encourage sign‑ups.
• Manage outreach logistics, from inventory checks to tracking sales performance, to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications of the Entry Level Management Trainee

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sales or management is a plus, but not required.
• Able to learn mobile services quickly and explain them in clear, everyday language.
• Organized with notes, routes, and basic account or sales tracking tasks.
• Positive attitude with the resilience to handle fast‑paced outreach days
