Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate
Location: Dallas, TX 75220
Pay: $19.00/hr, paid weekly
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Monday – Friday

  • Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed based on business demands.


Overview

The Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate position is a foundational role within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing facility. This role supports daily plant operations by maintaining cleanliness throughout production areas, assisting operations and maintenance teams, handling raw materials, and training to support operator functions across multiple production areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work in physically demanding environments, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness throughout production areas, buildings, and heavy industrial equipment.
  • Safely shovel materials and operate industrial vacuum systems.
  • Assist maintenance technicians, operations personnel, and supervisors with daily production support activities.
  • Support raw material handling, rail operations, and product movement throughout the facility.
  • Operate industrial equipment including forklifts, skid-steers, and front-end loaders after training.
  • Complete cross-training to learn operator responsibilities and provide production support coverage when needed.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and maintain compliance with site safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining professionalism and reliability.


Qualifications

  • Entry-level opportunity; training will be provided.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Positive attitude with dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in industrial environments including exposure to heat, cold, dust, heights, and confined spaces.
  • Must successfully complete a background check prior to employment.
