Detail Oriented, Hand Tools, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Assembly, Quality Control
We're hiring for entry level manufacturing associates!
This position has multiple openings and is a long-term, temp-to-hire job with extensive opportunities for growth.
Pay: $18.26 / Hour to start (+ raises every 6 months)
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (+ optional OT upon hire-on)
Duties:
- Read and interpret shop drawings.
- Follow alphanumeric labels and color codes.
- Use small hand tools for assembly.
- Perform quality control on products.
Skills for Success:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and work on hands/knees as needed throughout 8 hour shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive wrist motions for an 8 hour shift.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience helpful, but not required.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven job stability (1-3 years per job)
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
- Successful completion of attention to detail test.
