Duties
- Work assigned routes to generate new customers through face to face sales and neighborhood canvassing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of residential accounts through strong customer relationships and service
- Educate homeowners on pest control services and identify additional needs
- Assist with basic property inspections and identify signs of pest activity
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and route performance
- Promote additional services when applicable to support overall business growth
- Operate in a team environment focused on accountability, performance, and competition
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or customer facing roles
- High energy with a proactive and competitive mindset
- Reliable and consistent with strong accountability
- Coachable and open to feedback with a willingness to improve
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet throughout the day
