Entry Level Marketing Assistant

Our Company is hiring a full-time Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is an on-site, customer-facing opportunity for someone interested in developing practical experience in marketing, customer service, sales support, brand representation, and customer engagement.

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and product education to help new team members understand our campaigns, improve their communication skills, and feel confident working directly with customers. As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will support local marketing and customer outreach campaigns while helping customers learn more about the products, services, and promotional offers represented by our company and its clients.

Entry Level Marketing Assistant Responsibilities

• Support the daily execution of local marketing and customer outreach campaigns in Atlanta
• Communicate with customers face-to-face in a friendly and professional manner
• Present product, service, and promotional information clearly and accurately
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate options
• Answer customer questions about available products, services, and promotions
• Help create positive and memorable customer experiences
• Build professional relationships with customers and prospective customers
• Assist with brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available to work full-time
• Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA
• Reliable transportation to commute to the office and local campaign locations
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
• Ability to stay organized and manage daily responsibilities
• Willingness to learn new products, services, and campaign procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, restaurants, promotions, events, or another customer-facing position is helpful but not required.
