Position Overview

No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, campaign execution, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Represent our clients professionally during in-person marketing campaigns.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Educate customers about products, services, and promotional offerings.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on marketing, communication, and leadership.
- Accurately track customer interactions and campaign results.
- Maintain professionalism while representing both the company and our clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
