Position Overview

Are you looking to launch your career in marketing, business, or communications? Resilient Enterprises is seeking motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Marketing Associates.

No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, campaign execution, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients professionally during in-person marketing campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Educate customers about products, services, and promotional offerings.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.
• Work closely with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on marketing, communication, and leadership.
• Accurately track customer interactions and campaign results.
• Maintain professionalism while representing both the company and our clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
