Entry-Level Marketing Associate

At GEM, we help organizations and brands connect with their communities through event marketing, outreach campaigns, community engagement, and brand activation.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands at events, community activations, and promotional campaigns
• Engage with customers and community members in a friendly and professional manner
• Share information about products, services, campaigns, and organizations
• Create positive experiences through face-to-face communication
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Work closely with team members to meet campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Develop communication, leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Track daily activities and performance goals
