Entry-Level Marketing & Communications Assistant

We're looking for a motivated and personable Marketing & Communications Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. In this role, you'll support marketing, advertising, community outreach, public relations, and customer engagement initiatives for national brands and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain effective communication with management
• Support and organize community events, promotional campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Represent the organization professionally when interacting with customers, community members, and clients
• Build strong relationships with customers and communicate promotional services effectively
• Develop and implement community-based marketing and communication strategies
• Establish positive relationships with consumers, community organizations, and public-interest groups

• Help maintain a consistent and professional brand image
• Work with the Operations Director to identify trends and evaluate campaign performance

Requirements
