Entry Level Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

The Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator will assist with organizing marketing activities, coordinating promotional materials, supporting events, and communicating with customers. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Help organize campaign schedules, materials, and activities
• Support in-person marketing and community outreach efforts
• Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities
• Prepare and organize marketing materials
• Communicate with customers and provide information about products and services
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities
• Coordinate with team members to keep projects on schedule
• Represent the company professionally during promotional events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; education in marketing, communications, or business is a plus
• Excellent organization and time management
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Comfortable interacting with customers and community members
• Ability to learn quickly and work well with a team
• Previous marketing, retail, customer service, or event experience is helpful but not required
