We help client brands connect with customers through face-to-face promotional campaigns and pop-up events throughout Miami.
We’re hiring Marketing & Events Associates to introduce products and services, engage customers, and generate sales. You’ll receive practical training and regular coaching while developing skills in communication, campaign delivery, and teamwork.
No previous sales or marketing experience is required.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client brands at pop-up events and promotional locations
- Approach customers and start conversations about products, services, and offers
- Explain product benefits, answer questions, and encourage purchases or sign-ups
- Help prepare promotional materials and set up event spaces
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Track results and share customer feedback with team leaders
- Participate in training, coaching, and campaign briefings

Location & Availability
This is an
onsite position based in Coral Gables, with promotional activities throughout the Miami area. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Reliable commuting is required, and we’re looking for candidates available to start as soon as possible.
