The Rachel West Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a reliable and motivated representative to join our Agency on a part-time basis. Compensation is $9 an hour for Part Time, three days a week M-W 1-7PM

Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to connect with potential clients
- Strong phone presence with the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively
- Manage email communication and maintain accurate records
- Stay organized and keep up with daily workflow in a timely manner
- Produce accurate leads
Requirements
- Able to work with multiple screens proficiently and with Auto Dialer System
- Has professional phone skills, as well as communication skills
- Proficiency in Typing, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work well with others
- Must be able to pass and pay for a Background Check
- Valid driver’s license
- Accept a drug test
Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
