Responsibilities:

• Represent Midwest Energy Services in direct and community marketing campaigns
• Engage prospective customers to generate leads and drive brand awareness
• Communicate energy service offerings clearly and persuasively to potential clients
• Track and report marketing activity, customer interactions, and campaign results
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute outreach strategies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community partners
• Meet and exceed individual and team marketing performance goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• No prior experience required — full training provided
• Reliable transportation to the Independence, OH area
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
