Entry-Level Marketing Representative

We are a growing marketing firm that develops customer acquisition and promotional campaigns for a variety of clients. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team and support our clients' marketing and customer engagement efforts.

This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in gaining experience in marketing, customer service, promotions, and sales.

Job Responsibilities

In this position, you will work at designated retail locations and promotional events to represent our clients and communicate information about their products and services.

Responsibilities may include:

• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing customers with accurate information about products and services
• Answering customer questions and addressing basic concerns
• Supporting customer acquisition and promotional activities
• Representing clients and their brands professionally
• Following established marketing and customer service procedures
• Working toward individual and team performance goals
• Participating in training sessions and team meetings
• Communicating customer feedback and questions to management
• Working collaboratively with team members to complete daily responsibilities

Previous marketing, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Full training is provided.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing positions is a plus.
