Entry-Level Marketing Sales Associate

We are a growing marketing and advertising company specializing in in-person marketing, customer engagement, sales, and brand development. We partner with businesses and organizations to increase local market awareness, connect with customers, and create positive brand experiences.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Entry-Level Marketing amp; Sales Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a career in marketing, sales, customer service, and business development.

No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You#39;ll Do

• Represent client brands through in-person marketing and customer engagement
• Assist with promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Interact directly with customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Support sales and marketing initiatives at retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns
• Learn and apply customer engagement, sales, and marketing strategies
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Help track campaign activity, customer interactions, and basic performance metrics
• Work with team members to achieve marketing, sales, and customer engagement goals
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen brand relationships

Qualifications

• No experience required — entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in marketing, sales, customer service, advertising, or business development
• Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, sales, or volunteer experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
