Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate

Looking for an entry-level job in marketing, sales, or nonprofit fundraising? We’re hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates to support charitable campaigns, community events, fundraising initiatives, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns at events and community locations

• Engage with the public and communicate campaign goals clearly and professionally

• Educate potential donors and supporters about fundraising initiatives

• Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members

• Assist with event setup, promotions, coordination, and activities

• Work toward individual and team goals

• Track customer or donor interactions and share feedback with the team

• Participate in training focused on marketing, sales, communication, leadership, and fundraising

• Work collaboratively to create positive event experiences and improve campaign results
