Entry Level Management Trainee to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in
business, sales, marketing, and leadership while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
As a Management Trainee, you will begin by learning the fundamentals of our business, including customer engagement, sales, marketing, client relations, and team development. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will have the opportunity to develop the skills needed to take on additional responsibilities and grow into a leadership position.

Entry Level Management Trainee Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute effective sales and marketing strategies in a retail environment
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide solutions based on their individual needs
- Represent our clients and their products/services in a professional and engaging manner
- Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development activities
- Work alongside experienced team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Develop strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Assist with team development and leadership responsibilities as you progress
- Learn the fundamentals of business operations, client relations, and team management
Entry Level Management Trainee Requirements:
- Previous sales, customer service, marketing, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
